Broken loader bolt in cast removal suggestions please

Hey Guys,
Need to get this 3/4 inch bolt out of the front casting on a 1970 Ford 5000 barn find flip. Loader mount bracket.
I drilled completely through, (27/64"?? can't remember) cranked on an easy-out until I wasn't comfortable anymore cuz I thought for sure it would snap, and that's always fun. Heated the casting with a plumbers torch, (acetylene only), cranked on it, nothing. Waited till cool then heated the bolt, again no progress. Generous with PB Blaster the whole time. The bolt is only 3/4" into a 1 1/4' ish threaded hole. Back side is inaccessible with any tools.
Now what? Drill it out and tap to 7/8?
KEEP your loader mounts tight guys !!!

I would drill it to the largest size bit without hitting the threads then retap the threads to the original size.

Need a big torch(oxy/acetylene) and get that sucker red hot and let the bolt cool(the bolt should cool faster because it is steel and the mount is cast, then put some pb blaster and try your extractor again.

Lots of heat. Heat up the bolt to red hot, let it cool then heat again. Maybe try this a few times the metal will all move around slightly maybe enough to break it free with what you already started. Looks like you have a good start for your eez-out. I doubt you can heat it enough with a propane or mapp gas torch you'll need oxy/acetylene. When you're letting it cool and the red goes away (probable less than a minute) it won't hurt to cool it with water before reheating. This process takes a little time but I've seen it work more than it has failed.

You said you don't have access to the backside but it you have enough room for a nut might could drill it out to whatever size bolt and nut you could get in there. Hand drilling a 3/4" bolt ain't no fun so I'd try the heat/cool a couple of times.

Looks like you'd have access to weld a bolt to it if this doesn't work. Would give you something better to get a wrench on.

Just for fun, when it gets hot, place a candle on the bolt and let the wax melt. Some it should travel into the threads and after it cools, will provide the "grease" to break it loose.

I don't know if it works but I have read about this method for years.

I cant say for sure that it works on bolts, but I have seen it done on stuck whee hubs(old John Deere hubs were bad to rust in place) and it worked after a while. It is just a very slow process to do anything dealing with rusted/frozen parts

If you have the ability heating will probably work. I was in a similar situation as you several years ago, except this was a bolt that attached a 3pt check chain bracket to the axle housing. I wound up using a small drill bit through the threads on opposite sides of the bolt, then stepping up in size in those holes, and the hole I had drilled for the ez out until all 3 holes touched and that essentially cut the bolt in half and I was able to get it out. It sacrifices some threads but sometimes you gotta do whatever you can, and a new bolt in slightly weaker threads is better than no bolt at all.
