I will post some pictures tomorrow I took the bucket off and put on my 7 ft finish mower to straighten up my hay field. Anyway, I got the regular R1 ag tires on steel wheels, no rear weights. It seems when I turning in the field on any size incline, the rear end gets a little squirrelly. I didnt really need the loader but the dealer made me a deal not to remove it , so I didnt think about rear weight. I'm thinking i may need to fill the rear tires with liquid. I also bought one of those cheap $89 radio from the huge Kubota dealer and I think I got what I paid for. I put 3 hours on it and still getting used to it....but so far I like it.

It's hard to say from the picture but how much air is in those rear tires?
With no wheel weights and a 7 ft finish mower those tires are not loaded heavily,
12-14 psi should be plenty of air and would get you a better foot print on the ground.
My 8050 with the 1200 pounds of iron on the rears is at 14 psi and I have been tempted to reduce that to 12
but when I throw the 10 ft back blade or the 3 pt forks on it they get loaded pretty good.

Nice tractor Little General! I have a 2015 M7060HDC nearly identical to it. I pick up a 3-pt. Land Pride 2572 - 6 ft. rotary cutter and do not notice any problem on grades, etc., but my tires are filled with water. I suppose your dealer loaded your tires, right? Back in 2002, I bought a used NH TN70 out of Georgia and the tires were filled with anti-freeze. Never saw that before, but I live in Southeast Texas, so it doesn't get that cold for very long.

What LouNY said. Check the pressures in your tires. My rears were set at 18 psi, much too high for that size tire. Unless you are hauling some really heavy equipment on the 3 point 12 psi is more than adequate. Keep letting out air until you detect just a tiny bit of bulge in the sidewalls, that should be about right. Tractor will handle better - smoother ride - and have better traction.

No loaded tires as far as I know. My neighbor is a tractor tire repair man and I can get him to fill them if needed. I will check pressures , thanks

That tractor should not even know it has a 7ft finish mower on it.

I have a M6040 with a 6ft Hardee cutter. Handles it, no problemo.

In conversations like these personal perception varies, along with personal operator experience.

Kubotas are generally light for their size. That's intentional and fits their goal. Other brands are generally heavy for their size and fits their goal.

Removing the FEL will change the COG (Center Of Gravity) dramatically. It will move rearward and make the tractor more stable on it's rear tires. It will also make it lighter on the front tires, especially when carrying a 3pt impliment. You have to decide what feels best for you. For me, if I had no use for the FEL, I would rarely have it installed.

Tire air pressure will change ride, traction and stability. While lowering the pressure will improve ride and traction, it will decrease stability. So again, it depends on your personal definition of squirrelly.

If you are going to use the tractor for heavy pulling, and/or on steep inclines, you will greatly benefit from filled tires.

If unsure whether they are filled, stop with valve stem near bottom of tire. Depress valve core for a second. Note what comes out.

Another thing that might help.

Set your rear wheels to the outermost position. From the pic posted, your rims are in the "inner" position.

Yes, good catch, definite improvement!!
