Brush guard for 2615

Can you add a brush guard with a front loader? Someone told me that if you have a front loader that the frame interferes with brush guard. The brush guard is about $150 so before I order I would like to know if it's possible to add to a 2005 mahindra 2615.

I have been told that if you pry the brush guard out you can get it to work, They never did list it to fit with a loader and we never put one on.

I don't see why it wouldn't fit. It just bolts onto the tabs provided. I'm not sure your 05 came with tabs but the 06 does.

My 2004 2615HST front bracket did not come with the extra tabs welded on for mounting a brush guard.

A friends 06 2615HST did come with the tabs to bolt on a brush guard.

I did however weld on some brackets to support some extra front weight (see pic). Those weights stick out 11" in front of the front support bracket and my loader clears with no problem.

If you are handy you could build your own that would clear.

George nailed it. The front mounts have been changed to accept a grill guard on the front. Depending on the serial number, your loader my be grill guard ready. You have to make sure they order the correct part number though. There are two different ones now and only one works with the loader.

Yes, those would be the tabs you bolt the brush guard to, whether you buy or build. My 04 did not come with those tabs. If you look close in my previous pic you won't see them.

1590-2039 is the part number for the grill guard you need.
