I also own a 4025 W/O the brush guard. I have the same feeling in the thick stuff and pay a lot of attention trying to avoid it. I bought my tractor at J5 tractors in Normangee Texas. The brush guard was available for a cost of around $380.00 from the dealer (installed). I decided against it now I wish I had it. If you have a 232 loader on your tractor look in the loader owners manual, it is in there as an option. If it is made by the same people that make the loader it will be a "Buehler" ( not sure about the spelling) manufactured part. But to make a long story short, yes you can get a bolt on unit from the dealer that folds out of the way of the hood when opening. I am not sure about delivery time if you order one, I did not ask about that.
