Brush Guard

Are OEM brush guards available for the 2615's? If so, will they work with the FEL? If their not available or will not work with the FEL attached, has anyone fabricated brush guards for a 2615 with FEL?

The factory one does not work with the loader, we have made some for the 3015 but not the 2615 as of yet. But we could.

Thanks for the reply, johnsonauto. I leave the FEL on all of the time right now. And, it provides adequate protection for the frontend. However, I have some trails to mow that can be navigated with the FEL on, but it requires alot more care, backing up, pulling up, etc. to get between the trees. The 2615 is even more manueverable without the FEL and would speed the mowing of the trails somewhat. However, I don't want to risk a hole in the radiator or a busted headlight.

Here is a pic of one we make for the 3015 with loader.
It is my understanding that there will be a factory grille gaurd that will fit with loader, availible soon, it may require changing the front loader mount or welding on tabs. This is what i was just told today in a phone conversation. Like i said, if it doesn't happen, we would be happy to build you one and ship it to you.

That's a really good looking brush guard. How is it attached? Bolted to the FEL mount? Welded to the FEL mount?

Please keep me posted on the status of the factory grille guard. Estimated cost for you to build one and ship it to Alabama???
