I've used the brush and limbs from trees I've downed to line my tree lines and provide cover for the rabbits, quail and birds. It's pretty amazing to see how fast a season or two of weathering will "melt" the brush down considerably to where the tall grass simply hides 'em. And the quail seem to love them as I also keep the edges mowed pretty regularily.
