My tail-wheel assembly got bent somehow. It's the piece that goes up into the pivot tube. I heated it up and could not bend it back. Sent it to a friend of mine who brought it down to auto shop and heated it up and put 3 guys on a 8 foot pipe and could not bend it. Anybody know what this is made out of? I never heated up steel without being able to bend it back. It's the piece that is on the tailwheel assembly that slides up into the pivot tube.
