put handles on the small fel pins today so they would be easyer to remove and install. I don't know how many have to leave the valve group on to use there front mount quick attach. I found it diffcult to do that. now they work just like the big fel pins. much easyer

Hey, y'all might want to check out the mod that Rogue made some time back. If I remember right, he set his up so that the valve control stayed on the tractor without being mounted directly to the FEL frame, but to the pedestal. Search, you should be able to find it. It allowed you to remove the FEL just as you do normally, without removing those pins. Am really surprised that Kubota hasn't taken the clue from him as to how to do it.... /w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif

OK, stupid question time.....
Why do you leave the valve control on the tractor? What attachments do you put on the front that use the FEL control box?
Maybe your answer(s) will enlighten me to some new toy(s) that I didn't know I couldn't live without.

There is an available front attachment from Kubota that allows hookup of a front blade, a rotating brush and, I believe, a front mounted snow blower that are made to use that attachment....a universal thing that raises and lowers the implement. You need the control valve from the FEL (4-way valve ONLY) to control the implement....a rather strange implementation if you ask me. But Rogue's mod fixes that ever so nicely!
