Has anyone ever seen one of these? Look real close and it looks like there is a blade attached to the bucket.

Sorry, part of my post is missing...

Does anyone know where to get one or how well they work?

Dan,
Front blades work great for plowing snow IF they can be angled to plow the snow off to the side while traveling.
The blade in the photo is flat against the bucket without the ability to angle.
Just my opinion, but I don't see any gain plowing snow with that type blade vs using the bucket

Looks to me like it's mounted up for shipping? My question is, what's that other blue thing hanging under the bucket? Could it be the mount for the blade?

That is a quick latch bucket on that tractor. Same thing I have on mine. The blue thing underneath the bucket looks like a snow blower to me and the blade in the bucket I would bet it is a quick latch blade for the front, not a blade for the bucket... it would defeat its purpose as you would be better off with the bucket alone to start with. I would think quick latch blades for the front looking like this in the bucket is for shipping only. I can't even see how the blade would fasten to the bucket like this.

I think it's a real snow blade attachment - look at the bottom edge, it's reinforced/replaceable...

I'd only be interested if it could angle, which this one doesn't appear to be able to do (as it mounts directly over the bucket opening). It'd probably be worse than just using the bucket by itself as you'd lose the front balast of the snow (especially when wet) in the bucket... maybe it'd be okay for 2WD?

NH offers a quick change option which allows putting a snowblower, front blade, rotary broom, etc. on the front end of the tractor. I think what you see here is a tractor ordered with a loader, front mount blade, and snowblower all packed for shipping. When you go to see it in a week or so, I think you'll see the tractor with either the loader or one of the other implements mounted and the others ready to go along with it for the lucky new owner to change out as needed for moving his snow around.
