Hi all, I have been reading as much as I can on this subject but living in Canada limits my otions as far as products go and shipping from US is not an option on such a product.

So I came across a thread on bucket teeth and one individual installed Bobcat bucket teeth on his fel at a reasonable cost. they mentioned Bobcat # 6728247 which I see on some sites are only $8 each.

So my question is, if I buy 5 or 6 of these what would be the best method of mounting? I am thinking maybe ganging them together with flat bar steel the width of the bucket that way it would lessen the stress and equalize the load better than just mounting each tooth to the bucket seperately.

Anyone ever done this?

BTW, it would be going on a CK 30

That would work. You are more or less making your own tooth bar.

Sounds like an interesting project.

It'd be really great if you would provide photos as your project develops.

That way, we can learn from your errors and hopefully determine if it's an idea that fits the needs of others.

(Translated: please do the project, with pics, so that I can use your idea afterwards). :D

Like that!

Where did you get the teeth? I can't tell by the picture but are the mounted seperately or on a flat bar the width of the bucket?

Will check out my local Bobcat dealer to see what they charge for teeth.

Got them off ebay years ago, never seen these teeth after that on ebay. They're welded to a flat bar that sits just in behind the cutting edge and is bolted to each side of the bucket for quick removal. There are a ton of people on here that have them and there is probably some buildups if you search enough. Maybe post the question in the general forums under "Build it yourself" or "Attachments". Also Markham Welding (I think that's the name) and several others on this forum sell them as well. Here are the rest of the photos that I have of that build from back in Dec 2005.
