bucket will not curl or dump, otherwise works great? help!

I have a FarmTrac 535 front end loader. Last couple times I used it, it seemed to be getting lazy when dumping. Used it a while this morning, and now it won't curl or dump. Bucket raises and lowers perfectly. Have checked fluid level it's good, searched for leaks, none found. Left and right movement of control lever has almost no springback whatever either way. After letting it sit for a couple hours, thought I would try it again just for the heck of it. It curled just a tiny bit before it wouldn't move at all. Again raising the bucket and letting it down is no problem, works great. Just no curl or dump. Where do I start with my trouble shooting? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (my total engine hours = 109)

Is the spool on the valve for curl/dump moving in and out of the valve body.

Maybe your linkage is shot.

J_J, you hit the nail on the head!! I got it. When I removed the boot, the nut on the bolt that holds the joystick to the spool end had backed off. I put it back on, tightened it, and voila, it works like a charm. What a relief. Many thanks, I owe ya one.
