I have a montana r3644 and when I was pushing some snow for an extended period of time (2 hours) in some pretty cold weather for Missouri (10 degrees with 20 mph winds), the loader joy stick wouldn't allow the bucket to curl up. The joy stick is leaning in twords the seat at a strange angle and the bucket wont curl up. Everything else works great. Can lift the bucket, 3 pt works up and down. Any body ever have this happen.
The loader joystick is the type that if you move in front back it raises and lowers the bucket and if you move it side to side it curls the bucket.
I read a previous thread about a similar problem with a montana, but they were talking about wter getting in some caps. When I pulled the boot of off my joystick, I have no caps. I have plate with a ball bearing in one corner. I haven't put the heat to it yet, but I have had it in an insulated garage for 36 hours (40 degrees) and nothing has unthawed and become functional yet.
Any solution or word of wisdom from anybody?
