WELCOME TO TBN !!! Theres another member here from Canada that also owns/operates Bison/Buff "ranch". Messes with a lot of Belarus tractors also (at least use to). Goes by TBN handle "BISON" .

I recall eating Yak on my business travels out there in Centraila (sp?), are you connected to that operation? The Yak meat was nice and lean.
