Loosen the clutch till you can turn it by hand and then step it up in small increments till it reaches a point the tractor can just slip it. Another touch up and you should have it.

Love that chain grease /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif On mine I found removing the tensioner spring made instalation a lot easier.

Even when the screws were all the way out you could not move the tines while being hooked to the tractor. However it would just slip when I started tilling. I will take the chain to the dealer on Monday Morning or even put it in a bag this afternoon and drop it off at the front door. Then the dealer can come to my place and re-install the chain and make the adjustments. It's brand new, doesn't even have an hour on it yet.
