I decided to go with hydraulic toplinks on two or three tractors and want to prevent leakdown of the cylinder so I guess I need a check-valve built into the system. One on each line.
Rather than buying cylinders with a check valves built into each one as a unit, why couln't I just buy two checkvalves and make into quick-attach units that I could snap into my outlets when the need required?
This way I could save $$ and make my life easier.
Surplus Center has seveal--one is Gresen #9-1019 @$19 or Sterling Hydraulic @ $9
Seems like a great idea?

Any thoughts on this?

Those check valves you referenced are NOT POCV's (Pilot Operated Check Valve's), they are just flow check valve's-totally different theory of operation.

THIS is an example of a POCV. You will not find the equivelent of what CCM sells sold in the USA for anywhere near the price they offer. This has been gone over here on TBN hundreds of times before...
