Building a bridge?

It will be there long after you're done needing it.

I hope not, it is still a hundred feet away from what I hope to be its final resting place, I had a heath issue after I brought it home and got it unloaded and moved close to the stream.

Then it was much to wet all season to get it installed by myself.
;)

I thought about hiring it done, but that is not nearly as much fun

Yep, Radios 1 is deadpanning us. Unless that watershed has changed, the only hope is no more gullywashers. Good luck with that...

The area is generally Sandy. I may first try taking the bank down then putting some large gravel in the flow area. This area doesn't generally flood and the flow is fairly consistent.

I saw in the beginning of this thread several comments were made about using a semi trailer which is a little over kill for a 5-6 foot gap. My neighbor had me bring home a flat bed from a straight truck. I was 20 feet long and was light enough to move around with a skid steer. And it was strong enough to hold up the SS.

We have multiple creeks just like yours .on one i use 2 24 in culverts and in normal yrs i may have to repair the crossing once or twice a yr, the other crossing is way to wide so we just cut down the sides, when the weather is dry its no problem crossing , this time of yr foget it.
