Dads looking to sell his 46 bunton(belt drive) and one of my friends kinda wants it but not really my dad wants 2 bills should I take it??

Any mower that runs and cuts well enough to get a season or two of mowing out of it is worth 2 bills.

Bunton makes a good mower super heavy spindles

motors are easy to replace but those decks are really nice

if buying from your dad five him the 200 and take him out to lunch to boot

You gave advice You advised the OP to make a decision.

Sometimes folks are too dependent on group think and consensus to the point of being unable to act for themselves. That is a growing and alarming trend, don't you think. I mean, don't most of you guys agree, right?

Consensus is not all that wonderful in that it typically requires considerable compromise where no involved party gets satisfied. Forget consensus, do it my way and at least one of us will be really happy.
