attached are 2 pics of the pistons from boom cylinders.i purchased 90939 kits from bush hog & had very little trouble with everything else.however,this seal has me puzzled.everything I've been able to find says to soak it it hot water,install & it will fit when it cools down.it's not split & as far as I can tell the aluminum piston doesn't come apart.just looks way too loose & sloppy to me.if anyone has run into this before or has knowledge of the correct way to install what I think is a nylon seal like this your response would be greatly appreciated.thanks,revg62
