Bush Hog 286 with slip clutch - how to get pivot bolt out

I have a Bush Hog 286 with slip clutch....got the front half off by removing the 8 nuts, springs, and bolts...but need to get the other yolk off...but am unable to get the "pivot bolt" out....removed the nut and washer and have sprayed WD40 on the bolt and hit and hit and hit with a punch, but it will not move....any help would be appreciated.

It had been raining and raining and raining....so just back to it on Monday, July 22, 2013...with a bigger hammer and bigger punch....tapped the yoke toward the gearbox just a couple of times...took the bigger hammer and bigger punch and got it to come out after about a dozen "HITS"...so if the 1st one is not big enough..go get a bigger hammer and punch....
