Price Check Buy a Kubota BX23 Used for 13.9k?

Hey everyone... I know that nobody can judge the quality of the BX23 I'm looking at, but I'm hoping to get some quick opinions on this deal being offered.

It's a 2006 BX23 with 600ish hours. It comes with the Kubota snowblower (front) and the tiller (did Kubota brand one in 2006?) and some spare tires. Looks good online. Supposedly came in on trade.

I'm wondering... Though a BH would be nice, it's by no means necessary. I'm not considering it a value-add. But the tiller and snowblower would come in quite handy.

Are there trade-offs with that BH? Do I lose anything by having it back there - knowing of course I can take it off.

Finally - what should I expect to pay for a used 54" deck as I absolutely need one of those? Or, should I get a rotary? We have mostly yard 3 acres, not lawn.

I just paid $11500 BX23TLB, 375hrs. and also looking for a mower. Loader bucket and backhoe bucket look new as the paint shows little wear. There was not a drop of oil leaking. Tires show cracking on the front rears looked very good.
