I have a Branson 3820i which I bought two years ago. Before buying I tried out and even rented a few for a day, including Kubota, John Deere, Massey Ferguson and Kioti. They are all better than the tractors made years ago, but I chose the Branson and am very satisfied with the tractor. I would buy another one in a minute. It is strong and does everything I have asked of it. The only thing I am not completely satisfied with is the shuttle shift lever, which always works, but is not as smooth as I think it should be, even though I have taken the shrouds off and greased and lubed it all. That is minor and would not deter me from buying another. Right now you should be able to get some good deals on all these tractors, no matter the brand, so I would say choose what you like (50 %) and the other (50 %) would be whatever brand gives you the best deal. By the way, the Kubota was my last choice based on my rental experience of a brand new tractor. If your in this geographic area try Foskett Equipment for a Branson. They have been very good.
