And I thought I would post what I have learned having just finished my 400 hour service about 100 hours late.
1. Make sure your waste oil containers have enough capacity. I miss read mine and had to do some quick shuffling to prevent a big mess in the drive.
2. Make sure your oil filter wrenches are the correct size. I did my usual trick with my water pump pliers to get the oil filter off but had to buy a smaller oil filter wrench to get the hydraulic filter off. Mine was just too big.
3. Make sure you have enough fluids to complete the job. I asked the dealer for filters and fluids to do the service and either I did not receive enough hydraulic fluid or in the six months it sat in the garage I misplaced 5 quarts.
The screen was in pretty good shape, very little residue. All in all it was as easy to do as changing the oil in your car. Now we are good for another 4 years.
