I piled up rebar after demoing 1300 sqft of concrete. When I was backing up near the pile of rebar, the rear tire went over an odd shape piece that lay in front of the pile. It was shaped in just the right way to pivot up under that tractor and knock all the blades off the HST fan. I picked up a new fan blade(~four bucks) at the dealer and found that it is made from a much more flexible material. You can bend the blades very easily so it should be much less prone to damage. Installation is about an hour from start to finish...faster of course if you have done it before.

Sorry for your breakage.

One word solution, which is next on my to do list: "SkidPlate"
