BX 2200 Loses Power after it warms up

My BX2200 has about 700 hours on it and now when the engine warms up ( 15 - 20 minutes ) of grass cutting , the engine loses RPM's. does not have a tach, but noticeable loss of power / speed of the blades. does not quit or spudder, just slows down. stop & cool off ( 30 minutes and starts a puts ou full RPM, then slows back down on RPM again. talked to a couple of Kubota service departments and they dont have a clue except gloom and doom. Any body else have had this type of problem? My large truck diesel mechanic had a guy stop by his shop with the same issue and he called me to see if I had fixed mine, which I have not.

Check the vent in the fuel cap to make sure it's not plugged. Classic symptoms of plugged vent in a fuel cap.

Gary, how much work is that for a mechanic to check?

Bruce, I have taken fuel cap off while running and changes nothing
Changed the (2) fuel filters and the electric fuel pump between the frame rails. no change

Not sure on your tractor. Might want to talk to a mechanic on it. Probably should have around 7 to 8 thousandths clearance. If the clearances get to tight it would be opening the valves early.

Well, this sure does sound like a fuel starvation issue. Something gets plugged as time passes and restricts flow. How's your fuel filter?? How about the tank outlet --- could something be plugging the outlet??
