Price Check BX 2200 Pricing

I found a BX 2200 with ~200 hours, garage kept, serviced per schedule, 54" mower deck and Kubota front Snowblower. The owner is asking $10,500, which seems high to me. I would have thought something in the $9K area would be fair to both parties. Does anyone have recent experience that can share an opinion? Thanks in advance,

200 hours is nothing and the snowblower is quite expensive. The price doesn't seem too far off, but without the FEL, I don't know.

Shame it doesn't have the FEL, but you could probably still get one or at least add a Woods unit.

Seems like a reasonable deal to me. I looked for used SCUT Kubota's for the past year and it is common for a BX2200 to be $10,000.00 area with a FEL and MMM but w/o snow blower and mount kit.
Snow blower is more expensive implement than FEL.
Snow blower apx list. $1500.00
Quick Hitch Sub frame Kit $470.00
Mid PTO Kit $485.00

LA181 Front Loader $2,000.00 apx.

200 hours is just broken in and garage kept is a good thing. I would check if the hydraulics are there to install a FEL (assuming you want them). I may not be correct on this but you can get hydraulics in a couple ways.

The hydraulics installed might be a deal breaker for me.
I would do some investigation on this and have a talk with a knowledgeable dealer as to what you would need to install a FEL (again if you want one)

Thanks for the excellent feedback all. Based on that, I decided the price was not out of line. I bought the tractor today, $10.2K for tractor, 54" mower, snowblower, back blade, lawn roller / aerator and 3ph dump box. The tractor was garage kept and clean as a whistle, as was the snowblower. My wife mowed the lawn this afternoon with it, and it cut very nicely. With only 200 hours on the clock and regular maintenance, this shold last many, many years.

The thing is brand new! You didn't mention the other little items it came with...turned from a fair price to a pretty darn good deal really quick.

The other goodies weren't in the mix originally - the owner threw them in the mix when I arrived to look at the tractor. And yes, it is practically a new machine.

I got my name from my first tractor, a Ford 1720 that I now have almost 1,000 hours on. Since that purchase, I added a TLB 35 (under 200 hours now), RTV 900 (almost 100 hours, and another BX2200 with 60" deck, FEL and about 450 hours. This new BX was so clean and so compelling that I got it. Perhaps by Spring I'll be posting the BS with FEL and 60" MMM for sale here. :>)
