A few weeks ago my bx 2200 decided to start dying while cutting grass, i canged the filters and still was doing it. So it just stop running all together, but when you try to start it, it does run for a second then dies. So i called my dealer, listend to them and tried a few things, I undid the fuel lines and no fuel, but the fuel line from the filter to the injector pump is holding pressure, and if i do take the fuel line off it is pumping fuel ok. So my dealer is telling me that it is the stop selanoid now. If i unplug it, it will not fire it all. So what do you all think?????------And for you that have had a steering line blow, I had one that did, all over the mower deck, took in after out warranty and it fell into a serial number sets that had bad hoses and was fixed for free, thanks Alex

I'm no expert, but I think the dealer could be right. The battery current turns on the solonoid and opens fuel flow when the key is on. When current goes of the solonoid shuts off and the valve is closed by spring action. If the coil was bad in the solonoid it might work briefly until it heats up and then fail. At any rate it seems like the next place to look.

Thanks Bob for your advice, i love my bx-2200, i have a loader, tiller, blade, fimco 3 point 60 gallon sprayer( only 40 gallons at a time
) great machine, butto speed things up I wanted a zero turn, kubota's are just to much money for one, I wanted a 60 inch deck, but the only thing they offered was a diesel and it was almost $15,000 from my dealer, don't get me wrong, I am diesel all the way!!!!, but for that uch it was to much, so I bought a deere 757 zero turn, I know, what the ^%$# but it listed for $10,500 and i got it for $ 8300 with extra blades and filters, can't beat the speed, but it's no match for a 4x4 that can mowe up any hill almost or do ditches, and thats where the bx-2200 is the great tractor that it is, thanks Alex
