The backhoe bucket comes off very easy. 2 bolts hold the pins in and they slide right out. I change mine regularly to the Bro Tek backhoe ripper tooth and although I never timed it, the time is probably under 3 minutes.

Like Carce, I have the Bro-Tek ripper. It only takes a few minutes to switch between them. It is handy to have a wooden dowel to push the pins out. The BX23 has a bolt through one end of the pin, not sure about the 24. I use a long tapered drift pin to help realign the holes. I also put on a pair of the blue Harbor Freight gloves as you can't help but get grease all over your hands . The bucket doesn't weigh as much as it looks like, so the job isn't difficult at all.
