Hello all, I have a problem with the fuel gauge reading empty always, this has been going on for a couple of years, so after thinking of it lets see if the gauge is bad or just a bad connection (wires) before I try to even try to get at the fuel sending unit removing half of the tractor to get at fuel tank. So looking at the wiring diagram I see a #14 blk. wire that is labeled as frame ground. Where is it connected to the frame or its ground contact, looking at underside of dashboard to see fuel gauge and try to test ground I cant even see the gauge wires there is to much other stuff to remove, Hope you understand, If I check 1, ground, then 2, I could check ohms from sending unit to gauge to see which way to go next. So where does this #14 Blk. wire connect to the frame or ground contact?
Sorry to bother you all but need some help just to find wire in very compact tractor Thanks

Hate to say this but if you have a BX25, it appears you have the fuel gauge sending unit rusted out & needs replacing, Very common problem with later BX's.

Not just the BXs, had to replace sending unit on Grand L3130 from rust and had to drop tank and clean up sending unit on RTV1100. The BIO Diesel is crap.
