I'm not sure you'll have access to the same supplier I used, the sign was cut from the back of a cardboard box of cat litter
Did I mention I'm cheap??
You can see from the top of the garage door frame why I needed the sign.. it smacks me right in the forehead every time I drive in. Saves me doing it myself after jamming the tractor in the door.
