In these parts, it's referred to as a box rake, though I've heard others refer to it as a box scraper, which is probably more accurate. Mine is made by Woods. It's a big, heavy metal frame that has adjustable teeth (scarifyers) at the front to break up the packed dirt, and a reversable scraper blade at the back...I use it to level out the dirt and reform out back for now.
If you're into lanscaping, you might want to check out a Harley Power Rake. I actually have one for sale, but you'll need a bigger tractor than a BX, which I have. It is powered, and runs in reverse direction, and powders up to 5" deep, while angling at the same time to remove rocks. I had it on a larger Kubota that I sold last year. There is no better for seed bed prep.
