I use my new Bx1860 as a mower with a 42 Landpride rear rotary cutter.
I have the Bro-Tek痴 3-piece skid plate system underneath?BTW: that thing is very cool.
I do now use the MMM, so I do not need the MMM arms either, but I never saw anyone talk about removing them it in the forum.
The other day I looked at the mount arm, and there was a clip(similar to a carter pin) so with needle nose plyers I pulled the clip upwards. Once removed, the pin comes out which allowed the arm to swing freely.
The back of the arm just lifts off the frame. It was easy to do and I can always put them back on if I need them, which I probably never will. The tractor is much quitter now without those things rattling around under the tractor.
