Has anyone out there with a BX series Kubota feel that there is quite a bit of pressure required on the hydro pedel when traveling in reverse under a load? I have a 5' rear blade on mine which I use pushing in reverse when the snow conditions get too sloppy for the blower, but my leg has gotten pretty tired after traveling the length of my drive a few times. I know I've read that the L-series HST machines have a pilot/servo arrangement that operates the swash plate mechanism in the trans to over come this and keep the pressure light and even. I wonder if this wouldn't have been a good thing on the smaller Kubotas too, or maybe mine is just not working properly, I have lubed everything on the linkage and it works freely under light loads. Anyone else out there like to comment on this or have any suggestions? I also used to have a '92 cub cadet with a hydro trans and althought the trans was a hand control it seemed to be unaffected by the load placed on the transmission, what were they doing right?
