BX quick attach

I have been looking around at the different types of quick attach that kubota has for the bx and I think that the price for just the quick attach from kubota is around $250.00. I looked up the jari quick attach for the kubota bx and it says on the website that it is $699. I am just wondering to see if this is true because that will be the first thing that I have ever seen that is more expensive than a kubota part.

What exactly are you getting from Kubota for $250? That number looks like the price on the Kubota web site to upgrade from the standard front attachment system to a Quick Attach system when pricing a new tractor, not to purchase outright. I priced the snowblower plate that attaches to the QA system in hopes to weld a 2" trailer receiver to it, the price was $800+ just for the plate, not the blower, not the actual FEL QA, but the mounting plate that attaches in front of the FEL QA.

Jari USA is out of business.

designed the BX attachments that Jari marketed. I spoke with him last week, great guy, and he is actively getting back into the BX accessory business. He already has his own quick attach system you reference above along with accessories that go on it. I purchased a set of front and rear tie downs from him last week and received them in 2 days from half a country away. :thumbsup:

Jari quick attach came out long before Kubota started making them and his were really expensive as you've seen but quality looking part.
Kubotas quick attach is about $250 and basically the same thing.

Another quick attach product is the Tach n Go. This is like the rest but has a built in receiver and other options available. More money than Kubota's probably but a nice product.

I bought the loader QA last year in March with my grapple, and it was $279 from my dealer. There was no fee or anything added to it for installation, since he was adding the grapple anyway. However, if your dealer wants to charge a lot for the install, you should consider doing it yourself, as its literally put in place of the 2 loader bucket pins. The big bucket pin stays on the bucket, and the new one goes on the cylinder. Other than some elbow grease and some choice words, I cant see it being too hard.

Dealer says he sells the crap out of them, and people put them on all the time. He charges the same $279 wholegoods price, regardless.
