In addition to my AG tire deal, I have a rear remote port option for some BX owner who might be interested. As some of you know, I successfully installed a Woods BH6000 on my BX1500. All I can say is INCREDIBLE! Not only is the construction of the BH great, but it does a great job of digging. I know it isn't recommended for the BX1500 by Woods, but after talking to an engineer at Woods, he told me flat out I would need to add about 50lbs to the front of the tractor (with the FEL installed!) to ballast the BH properly. The BX18xx and BX22xx obviously don't have this problem, because the wheel base is longer and they have the extra weight. In any event, I installed it successfully.
As part of the installation, the Woods BH6000 comes with it's own hydraulic rear hook up kit. To avoid any compatibility issues, I uninstalled the rear hydraulic hook up I installed back in Nov 2004 to install the Woods kit. Take a look at the attached to see what I am talking about. I now have a rear hook up kit that will fit any BX tractor. I had to buy all of the parts separately, as it is not sold as a "kit", and it cost $275. This is a great added feature if you would ever want to hook up a log splitter, BH, or anything requiring hydraulic power. NOTE: this option only brings the power beyond circuit to the rear of the tractor and does not include any type of valve. With that said, I am offering this "kit" to anyone interested. It includes the Kubota diagrams of how to hook it up. Also, you will need to re-use one of the elbows you will take off when installing this kit. I can ship this anywhere for anyone who might be interested. Let me know and check out the following pics for more details. Thanks.
