BX Series Versa-Dapter and forks

Anyone have any experience with these, I am looking to purchase but wanted some feedback first.

Looks like a very well engineered solution. I have a few concerns though:

1. I don't like that it pushes the pins forward 3 or 4 inches. The BX has limited lift to begin with, I'd hate to give any of that up.
2. The forks look to be over engineered. Again, the lift capacity is in the #500 range, why would I need forks that can handle several times that amount. Any additional weight in the forks takes away from the lift capacity so i'd be looking for something that weighs significantly less that the bucket and clamp on forks.
3. Is there any talk about additional QA implements?
4. Any idea how much this costs?

I guess if you have to have it. But I paid less than 550 for a new 4K set of pallet forks for my tractor.

Looks like my ATI quick attach....

Keep in mind ATI stopped producing this due to breakage........ at the center connection. There was a long thread discussing this and my conversation with ATI while looking for one. (http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/build-yourself/113942-bx-fel-bucket-quick-attach.html)

Keep in mind I have had my ATI one for over a year and about 120 hours of hard work and have not seen any issues. I am liking the forks though might have to get a set

I live in Minneapolis, I saw these on craigslist. I have a BX and wish that it had a quick-attach option for forks. Very tempted!

I think its around 130lbs

I have the Versa Dapter and have not used it other than mounting it on my BX25 and putting the bucket on it. I am going to remove it and sell it just because I don't use it. Anyone interested? I will take $50 of the price of one from Tony. shende@roadrunner.com
