Price Check BX1800 Price check

I drove by my local Kubota dealer tonight when it was closed. There were two BX1800's setting out in the parking lot with a big sign on them. I stopped by and took a look at them. One had 30 hours, and the other had 40 hours. This dealer was asking $5500.00 for each BX1800. This price is just for the tractor. There were no attachments, not even a mower deck. Does this seem to be a fair price???
