I currently own a 2wd 17hp grey market Yanmar which has been good to me. However, I am looking for something that can do more. I have been looking at Kubota B and BX models. I like the BX's because they can be used as a workhorse and cutting grass around the house. Anyway I found a couple of BX's and I have a couple of questions.
1) I found a BX1850 w/FEL/mmm and cart for $9,500. Per Kubota's website or Tractordata, I can not remember which, but the PTO is only 13hp. Will the BX1850 handle a 4ft brush hog?
2) I also found a BX23 (700 hours) with BX600 Backhoe/Loader Bucket with Toothbar/5 Foot Mower Deck/Woods 48 inch BoxScraper/Woods 52 inch Tiller asking $17,500. Is this a good price? Seems a little high to me even with all the attachments, but can say for sure that is why I am asking.
Any input would be much appreciated.
