I recently bought a new Kubota BX2200 and after approximately 1 1/4 Hours it started to leak transmission fluid from somewhere behind where the Auxilary Hydraulic port is located. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Mark; A couple of us have reported fuel leaks through the tank, but not UDT leaks. If memory serves me (and it usually doesn't), one owner did report such a a leak, dealer found a simple loose hose connection. Good news, though, is that you have the warranty. Call the dealer. Any leaking condition is not normal for a new tractor. (I loose a couple of drops when I disconnect the loader, but that's it).

You didn't say if you have a loader or not but there is a good chance the loader lines might be the problem. Either way you should contact your dealer and have him deal with the problem.

ART WHEN MY BX2200 WAS NEW I HAD A LEAK AT THE AUX PORT IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE TEMPORAY HYDRAULIC LINES THE DEALER HAD MADE FOR ME WHEN MY LOADER LINES CAME IN DAMAGED.EVERY THING IS FINE NOW WITH THE CORRECT LINES INSTALLED.I DID HAVE LEAKY LIFT CYLINDERS ON THE FRONT END LOADER.THEY WERE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY.

Roy,

Thanks for the feedback. My tractor has been picked up by the dealer and brought it back to their shop where they found a defective/missing O-ring behind the Auxilary Port connection. I do have a loader and was using it about an hour before it started leaking (it lost about 2 qts in approx. 2 minutes) This is my first tractor and I wasn't sure if the leak was coincedent or did I break it. Thanks again Mark S.

Duster we had the same problem trying to make those bent up lines work on a tractor this spring. We have had two problems of this type out of thirty delivered. I wish we had none put that would be to easy.

Mark; Glad it worked out OK. I have the same problem - as a new compact owner (last one was a lawn tractor), I'm never sure what is normal, what is a problem, or what is merely perception. That's where this site is invaluable. You can compare notes with other owners. Hope you hang around here and enjoy the BX.
