I posted a few days back about a small leak my PS unit had - has. The pump man seemed too slow for me so I picked the un-touched unit up from him hoping to get it to someone else here in town to look at. He said unless he could get a parts breakdown and find out if a seal kit was available that he didn't want to touch it. I can understand that. I took the unit to a few others in town - they took the info from the tag and said they would get back to me.
I found a link to a local affiliate, Hydraquip, that carries Danfoss and was told that she made contact to the main Danfoss company for the man I previously had taken the pump to. She was told that this particular pump is propietary and there is no info about it available to the public.
Does this unfortunately sound correct? Is my path narrowed down to either biting the $bullet$ or "stuffing the rag again"? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
I also found a document containing specs on Danfoss steering units from the main website. I'll attach that in the following post.
