BX2200 front axle pin

I sheared the front axle pin but can't drive the remainder out of the shaft. My question is if the axle is held onto the rear shaft with a quick disconnect collar that will allow me to remove the axle from the tractor to more easily get the pin out? There is a collar back there that spins but will not easily slide either way.

You are losing me -- can you clarify what pin you sheared? In the drive train or holding the axle onto the tractor or ?? What shaft? There is a collar back where that spins but doesn't slide easily...?

Side Note: Where in WV ? I have prop in Harrison Co (farm) and Tucker Co (cabin.) Have a BX2200 here in So MD and work on some others locally.

I'm in Mercer county. I sheared the pin that holds the u-joint on between the two shafts. After I posted this question, I got braver and hit it with a bigger hammer and the pin came out. Back in business now.

Gotcha ! Glad it is resolved. My farm is in Harrison County south of Clarksburg. I'm only there once a month.
Last time I was in your county was hauling a boom cutter to the farm from South Carolina. Not down in that part of the state hardly ever.
My BX2200 is here in southern MD where I live.
