When I raise my bucket I can't pull lever back to stop or nothing happens. I have to ease lever forward and bucket moves slowly with little power. Has anyone had same problem?

Not sure I follow but make sure the lever for your 3PH is centered (in the neutral position). Sounds like pressure is bleeding off somewhere and in some of the older BXs, the 3PH lever doesn't always go back to neutral.

How long has the situation been going on? Is it a sudden change?

Have you just had the FEL off?

That tractor/FEL combination is painfully slow at idle. How does it work at medium engine speed?

The loader works the same regardless of engine speed. Seems to be more likely a control valve issue to me. Is this control valve difficult to dissasemble and rebuild?

Have you checked all of the hydraulic fittings? I had a similar
problem recently. A limb had pushed a hydraulic fitting apart. Loader
would dump and curl, but would raise very slow.
Hope this helps.
