- BX2200
My BX2200 is 10 years old. I bought it new in 2001. Just yesterday I had a power steering line break while mowing the lawn. I had heard that the early model BX2200 had a know heat related problem with the power steering lines that causes them to fail. Does anyone know if Kubota has ever replaced these older lines at no cost and if so are they still offering to replace the failed lines at no cost. The real bummer is that I had just changed the Super UDT about a month ago with the Super UDT2 synthetic hydraulic fluid. With the failure of the power steering line I am thinking that I lost a few quarts. It made a real mess on the mower deck. First problem I have had with tractor in over 10 years.
