Hi Folks,
After bushhogging and parking my BX, I noticed the dirt on the back of the machine was wet......seems to be coming from a red, breather type cap (small and loosely turns) under the seat in the back. I checked the fluid level on the dipstick in the rear of the tractor and it was way above the high level....is this some sort of blowback/pressure relief? The spray marks are quite high.....will this damage my machine?
I've been doing alot of mowing, fel work and lately, alot of bushhogging....machine has been performing wonderfully - but I don't recommend leaving the 60" mmm on when bushhogging - I thought it might protect the underneath, but all I did was wind up bending my mmm shute on a tree because it stuck out so far...... Even got a toothbar and got some small stumps up with it, not to mention hauled alot of deadwood and removed some steel posts. I guess I need to clean the tractor up a little......been using the leaf blower to clean the loose dust off, clean the air filter and the vent screens) , but you can barely see the orange......guess I'll have to hose that puppy down.
Thanks,
