Kubota BX2200
I have a new BX2200 that suddenly has a problem shifting into neutral. If I turn the tractor off in either fast (rabbit) or slow (turtle) when I try to put it in neutral again to start the engine, it won't go in unless I lift the seat and manually push on the linkage.
I'll have my dealer look at it but I wonder if anyone else has had this problem.

Thanks,

If it helps, I have never had that experience with my BX2200. Sometimes I have to slightly push on the hydro pedal (while it's running) to get it from neutral to either the rabbit or slow range. What your explaining sounds like a real PITA to work around. Verdict, IMO is a dealer fix!

I have that once in a while - a quick bounce in the seat and it's done with. Quick cure - use the parking brake when you stop. It's the gears taking the weight of the tractor - nothing to worry about. You'll find it's worse if you do this on an incline.
