I bent ( Don't really know how) the top link on my BX2200 the other day while running the aerator. I had the side that goes to the aerator out a bit but not to the end of the threads. Bent the end and I had to straighten it with the trusty sledge hammer in a vise. Looked for a new top link in Northern and Tractor Supply to no avail. Called my local pirate and was told the price was $116 + SH to the dealer. Man are they kidding or what $116 for a cat one top link when they sell everywhere else for $20 to $40. Man what a rip, I think our BX series tractors should use standard Cat. one equipment without having to go to a special type or brand of implements. I called around and found a top link cat. one from a JD dealer they use it on their new BX rival. The pin adjusts from 12.5 inches to 19 inches. I will pickm it up tomorrow and see how it looks. Price $36.00. Come on Kubota get your collective heads out of your **** canal and give use a break. We all pay good hard earned mony for our toys( I mean tractors) so how about a company look at the cost of the top link. Anyone else find a replacement for the top link? Scaper
