BX2200 Transmission Leak

I just aquired a BX2200. It's in great shape but is leaking UDT fluid. I thought it was the filter and replaced it. Still leaking. It appears to be coming from around one of the two bolt heads below the filter. Does anyone know if these have seals and is it easy enough to just replace them or does a dealer need to perform this work.
