BX2200 Vibrating Hydrolic Lines

My hydrolic lines on my bx2200 running from the transmission to the loader vibrate making more noise than the engine does. The dealer must of noticed it also. They installed a hose clamp around the three lines between the transmission and the first bracket. That worked for the first 10 hours but the clamp will not stay tight. Does anyone else have this problem? If so how how did you fix it. Thanks.

How about wrapping some foam rubber around the group of three lines and then put the hose clamp over that? Seems to me that that should keep the clamp in place. Also, that clamp comes WITH the loader, believe it or not, and should be installed on every BX just because of that situation. I bent the strap a bit when tightning that clamp, and it has held just fine...

How about a heavy duty nylon cable strap? They are used to secure cables and will not back off, have no sharp edges, and are cheap. The police in Detroit even use them for handcuffs.

We have often noticed hydraulic lines vibrating on several model Kubotas. Most often this seems to happen when the system is starving for oil. New hydraulic filters and/or cleaning strainers seems to help .To test the system. we fitted a filter with holes puntured internally in the filter and the vibration disappeared immediatly. Just a suggestion.Hope you can fix it.

I always change filters before I do anything as we have seen new ones that the flow is restricted in. You might never know you have that problem without testing. See if any lines are loose, you can suck air and not leak and cavitate the pumps which this also sounds like.
