Worked fine and plowed the blizzard of 2013 fine. Went out to do clean up and it won't turn over. Noticed fluid underneath and found the hyd fluid is very low and leaks underneath. Just paid $357 to have both hyd power steering lines replaced. Is there a safety that won't allow starting with low fluid? Battery is new and it is in neutral.
Have the ticking noise when key turned on. Glow plug comes on like it should and have moved pto handle back and forth.
Have tapped on starter too.
