For what it's worth, last June I got a price of $11,400 for the BX2230 with LA211 (your price is $12,722). Factor in the steel price increase (about 5%?) and a little extra shipping, but I don't think those 2 items are worth an extra $1322 today. I'd try to get them down at least $750 on the tractor and loader. Not sure about the price on that box blade, but I know you can get box blades cheaper.
Your total price with tax is only $500 less than the price I got for the 2230, LA211, Landpride 50" medium duty tiller, and Kubota 60" mid mount mower, and my prices were quite a bit higher than prices as far west as Michigan, per other TBN members.
