bx2230 steering not responding

I got a bx2230 the steering will not responded at times. Sometimes it steers great most some time is wanders and if running for along time it will stop completely. It has hydraulic steering.
Any ideas

First check the seals in the steering cylinder, they have had problems in the past with them going. If that fails start looking at control valve , but the wandering is an indication of fluid slipping past the seals in the cylinder and it needs rebuilding.
